AWESOME! The TBI team were great to work with. Taylor kept us well informed throughout the entire project. He also suggested several ideas for keeping costs down, but still getting the look we wanted. He also dealt with my last minutes changes with a smile! Taylor made what can be a stressful situation very easy and fun!

Taylor was incredibly patient with us as we decided what jobs we wanted to follow through with and the timing of the construction. Throughout the process of construction and at the end he made certain we were happy with final product and even came back with his crew and redid part of the wall that was no perfect by his own crew’s standards. The most important compliment and endorsement I can give is that my wife was extremely happy (happy wife = happy life) with the results and we will look for Taylor to help us with upcoming projects soon.

Overall we were very happy with Teachout Builders.  They are very friendly group of workers who are professional and able to complete the job quickly.  They were fair with the price and made sure that we were happy with the work they had done, which we were.  We would choose to use them again for any work we needed on the house.

There were a few challenges, as you might expect with an older home, but they kept at it until the issues could be resolved. The quality of the work was excellent; everything was so well done: the cabinets, the tile work, the painting, re=plastering the walls, etc. After the demolition phase, they cleaned up every day, and finished up with a thorough cleaning of the house. Taylor had very good suggestions to make about the design. I absolutely love my kitchen. I would recommend these guys to anyone. There were so many small thoughtful touches to what they did. I really couldn't be happier.

They worked fast, efficiently & cleaned everything when they were done.  And they were very friendly & fun to have around.  I had Taylor give me a price on 4 new windows for the living room which he ordered right then.   I like the fact that they are builders & I can call them back to do other household repair jobs for me.   Yes, I will certainly call them again.

I'm very impressed with Teachout's quality and service - when I have them do a job, I feel completely confident that I'll be happy with both the process and results. While you might find a lower quote out there, their pricing is reasonable, and a great value given their excellent quality of work and good service.  
This is the second big project Teachout Builders has done for me, and I'm a totally happy customer. They will be at the top of my list for any future work.

All of the workers who were involved were professional and kept me informed on what they were doing and how long to expect it to take. They were respectful of my home and belongings. They cleared away their work tools and cleaned the area at the end of each work day. I would recommend them without reservation.

Contractor advised on the type of material and color to use on the deck and railings. The color combination matched our wood trim and vinyl siding and the decking and railing material is excellent with a 25 year warranty. The deck looks better than I expected and everything was done without a single issue. The workers all work together exceptional well and keep you posted every day on progress and when they will return - excellent communication.
