After receiving multiple bids for a new deck and screened-in porch, Taylor (TBI Builders) convinced us that he would not only listen to our design ideas, but offer up solutions that matched our hopes for the new space. Throughout the process, Taylor and Jason (project manager) were in constant contact with us regarding the schedule and how we felt the project was turning out. There were many custom elements in our space, and with each decision they offered multiple solutions that they then mocked up for us to see. This meant that we experienced hardly any surprises, as we were able to constantly walk through the space with them and make decisions in real time, as opposed to setting everything in stone before the project started. As with every home project, there were supplier issues, but Taylor and his team were up front about expectations and there was rarely a setback for which we weren't prepared. The workers that were on site kept everything clean, which was important to us as our kids were using the area that they were working in, and they were very approachable with requests that we had. We felt very comfortable having them around our family. One of the most impressive aspects of their work was the attention to detail. As we decorate and begin to use the area, we are still finding tiny details that really set their work apart from others'. Taylor and his team have our highest recommendation, and two of our neighbors were so impressed that they in turn hired TBI for work on their home. Professional, detail oriented, and an absolute pleasure to work with - we won't consider anyone else for future work.
